Job Description

The role holder will be part of the Order Management Team (Centre of Excellence) and support the endtoend management of orders from the Market Order Management teams to the COE. Primary tasks for the role will be the processing of administrative tasks in the enquiry to cash process working with our Global Sales and Order Management functions. This role will have the opportunity to contribute to significant lasting change to the way we manage our customers orders and a direct improvement to our customers experience.

  • Process all types of sales orders including eCommerce orders in full cycle from quote to cash in accordance to Smiths guidelines and policies.
  • Strong SAP background knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in excel PowerPoint power BI reporting analytics.
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues relating to daily process.
  • Attend weekly and monthly internal meetings.
  • Participate crossfunctional initiatives when require.
  • Ensure clean backlog at all time and compliance to audit requirement.
  • Setting up folders in Share Point/MS Teams for every order and ensuring all the information of the orders are updated timely.
  • Ensure system and operation transactions in compliance with law regulatory taxation as well as corporate policies.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is in place to enable transit from origin to destination without delays and in accordance with customer need and foreign trade regulations with support from the sales and finance teams where relevant
  • Adhoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor/management
  • Manage and process the endtoend RMA and STO as added responsibility if needed

Qualifications :

  • Minimum a graduate Degree
  • At least 5 to 7 years prior experience within sales & order administration logistics and customer service.
  • Strong handson working experience of SAP.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships both internal and externally.
  • Customer focused.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive and able to work on your own initiative without close supervision.
