Job Description
- Liaise with customers on orders fulfillment related topics. Ensure production plan meets customers demands and achieving the targeted service level.
- Track and analyze customers demand trend and forecast accuracy.
- Formulate strategies in supply chain related field in align with latest business requirements.
- Control inventory in accordance with business requirements.
- Ensure accurate MRP related data are being maintained in planning system.
- Track and report daily planned vs actual output.
- Ensure the material availability and sufficient to support production requirements within value stream.
- Work with suppliers purchasing and other relevant departments and communicate any supply related problems which may impact business operations.
- Work with logistic departments to prioritize urgent shipments.
- Work closely with other function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements
- Support and prepare management report and presentation as and when necessary.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of leadership experience in supply chain field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong supply chain analytic knowledge (preparing scenarios simulations)
- Ability to solve supply chain related issue with minimum supervision.
- Forward looking and vigilant against forecast trend (mid/long term planning).
- Attention to detail result oriented motivated.
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management and cross functionally with business partners is essential.
- Be flexible to take on adhoc assignment or project as necessary.
- Understands implications and consequences of own actions.
