Job Description

By deepening your IP knowledge with a cooperation of global IP team it enables us to offer a global and practical IP solution. You can make best use of patent attorneys qualification because C/IPRJP provides a service to represent RB GmbH patent filing in Japan
- Draft of patent documents prosecution work with JPO
- Response to office action (arguments claim amendments)
- IP consulting IP strategy for business units
- IP contract treatment for trade secrets
- Global IP cooperation activity in Bosch IP organization
Qualifications :
- TOEIC700
- Experience for drafting a patent document and prosecution work
- Knowledge for mechanical or electrical engineering (in particular electric and telecommunication knowledge is preferred)
- Mindset of actively and responsibly engaging in Boschs business by not only providing specialized knowledge but also proposing practicable solutions
- Communication in English (TOEIC more than 700 preferred)
- experience of management
- Qualification as a JP patent attorney (preferred)
