2. Be capable for marketing plans and guide for sales activities with relative output of marketing plans
3. Sales forecast customer demands & investment investigation
4. Based on customer demands to organize and implement highlevel analysis and afford competitive quotation
5. Long term customer relationship management & development and regular sales plan implementation
6. To implement constructive customer visiting and new business development
7. Involvement and drive for market development new customer and product development together with marketing and R&D
Qualifications :
Familiar with customer EV/ESS battery module& pack related product assembly processes and basic knowledge about interactive influences between product process and MAE concept. /
Have experience in EV/ESS battery related industry business development and sales/
Familiar with special machinery category components and devices function and cost able to search and use new functional units in the market.
Good commercial knowledge meanwhile good communication and negotiation skill both internal and external ()
Sensitive about cost able to drive cost calculation from different scenarios and make most suitable commercial decision
Has courage for selfchallenge and optimize current situation drive for cost optimization measurements and implement in the organization
Firmly follows goals and is not discouraged by resistance or setbacks
At least 5 years sales and quotation experience in special machinery area5
Good English both in oral and written ways
