Develop direct business with local contractors
Engage with the channel partners for retrofit opportunities as well as LTM
Meet the agreed direct input sales target
Identify key accounts such as engineering consultants local EPCs and build up the relationship to influence on project specifications
Meet the agreed indirect sales target for effort in influencing Rotork products in project specifications with the engineering consultants local EPCs
Qualifications :
Degree or recognised qualification in Engineering
Good command of English (both spoken and written)
Sales experience in manufacturing (industrial engineering ideal) and accompanying proven track record of success likely to be gained from at least 12 years in a similar role
Knowledge and experience of sales techniques
Collaborative working across a variety of business units challenging siloed thinking wherever it appears
Charismatic and inspiring personality with strong entrepreneurial flair and business acumen; passion for business growth
