Powertrain Test Engineer

What will you be doing

This is a fantastic opportunity to work handson with HiL systems Dyno testing and highvoltage power electronics while collaborating with industry experts.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Powertrain Debugging: Identify investigate and resolve issues in powertrain systems focusing on inverters and hybrid components.
• HiL SW Test Delivery: Develop and deliver HardwareintheLoop (HiL) tests to validate powertrain software performance.
• Dyno Testing: Conduct and oversee dynobased powertrain testing simulating realworld performance scenarios.
• HighVoltage Component Analysis: Work with highvoltage systems and power electronics to ensure functionality and safety standards are met.
• Test Plan Management: Create execute and manage test plans reporting results and progress to stakeholders.
• CrossFunctional Team Collaboration: Coordinate with software hardware and rig teams to ensure seamless test execution and issue resolution.

Qualifications :

Experience skills and qualifications required: 

• Experience in Powertrain Debugging: Handson expertise with inverters or hybrid powertrain systems.
• HiL Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with HardwareintheLoop setups and testing processes.
• Dyno Testing Experience: Proven ability to perform and interpret dynobased tests.
• High Voltage and Power Electronics: Understanding of HV systems including power electronics and safety protocols.
• Degree in Engineering: Preferably in Mechanical Electrical or related disciplines.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present findings and collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
