• Associates gain knowledge and skills through practical technical and managerial training. 

• Associates usually carry out roles in various functions divisions and geographical regions of the company. 

• The associate will learn functional and technical aspects of our business as well as general leadership skills. 

• The program consists of 1824 month rotations in different functions and divisions of Avery Dennison. Projects vary with the current business needs and utilize Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in manufacturing engineering logistics/supply chain management or related discipline

• GPA of 3.0 or higher. 

• Highly motivated and creative thinker

• Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization

• Works effectively in a fastpaced changedriven environment

• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously

• Sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects

• Works independently

• Willingness to relocate every 1824 months into different businesses and locations.

May be required to be fluent in a second language.
