This role will contribute to a highquality and invaluable programme of education for vulnerable students who present challenging behaviours.
Providing guidance for our pupils you will ensure that students are effectively supported motivated and challenged encouraging them to see the possibility of a bright future and inspiring them to see the value in the work that they do.
Resilience is a key part of this role alongside a good standard of education and a proactive attitude towards learning behaviour management techniques implementing strategies and utilising deescalation to diffuse behavioural issues.

Salary: 20555.01 prorata per annum (based on 23000 full time equivalent)
Hours of work: Full time 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent Term Time only (41 weeks)
