We are in Lubumbashi Africa & hiring a Production Manager in a furniture manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop production schedules to meet customer demands
Monitor production progress
Supervise train and mentor production staff
Oversee inventory effectively
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Fluent FRENCH is a MUST & age between 30 and 55.
With 10 years of experience in a furniture manufacturing and wood knowledge
Strong problem solving and leadership skills
