Qualifications :
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Agenda/calendar coordination and outcome follow ups.
Document management
Manage personal matters (appointments vacations etc.)
Travel and ordinary expenses management
Provides support around management organization visitors associates internal and external clients
Lead business travel process implementation within the organization
Business travel process support.
Events planning in coordination
Handle administrative request and queries from Sr. VPs and Key Managers
Managing VPs general administrative activities
Handle and coordinate visitors general and specific requirements
Support plant strategies and projects.
Coordinate with management to consolidate information
Other skills and knowledge:
5 years multidisciplinary experience Ms. Office proactive teamwork and good communication skills (network is key).
Industrial Engineering business management Administration Finance.
English advance
German intermediate
