Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Lead and accomplish MOE3.2 automation and lean excellence project on time ensure investment efficiency by quick ramp up.
Process and product design benchmarking between CRIN and CRI crossfunctional work with PPS EIS and lead plant to improve production efficiency and reduce PPC&IDC.
Qualifications :
1.Intensive process and product knowledge required to identify improvement potentials of both CRIN/CRI
2.Leading interface with IPN to drive the improvement potentials implementation
3.Project management skill is needed to drive parallel running projects
4.Higher requirement for communication skills since more crossfunctional collaborations are needed.
