The Role
The Data Driven Engineering team from Bosch Transmission Technology is looking for an enthusiastic intern!
Our team focuses on datadriven development for a wide range of industrial and automotive products. We manage the entire digital lifecycle from gathering requirements to data ingestion analysis and dashboard creation. By addressing specific use cases for various products we ensure data is effectively utilized to drive innovation and informed decisionmaking throughout the development process.
Your Tasks
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing digitalization guidelines analyzing their application across various innovation milestones to identify gaps inefficiencies or outdated practices.
- Research and benchmark current digitalization guidelines against industry best practices with a focus on the automotive and manufacturing sectors to identify innovative approaches and technologies that can be integrated into the guidelines;
- Engage with key stakeholders such as engineers project managers and digitalization experts to gather insights on the effectiveness of current guidelines and collect feedback on challenges encountered during the digitalization of proto lines and value streams;
- Propose a set of optimized digitalization guidelines that address identified gaps and inefficiencies ensuring they are adaptable to future technological advancements and can be seamlessly integrated into the innovation roadmap;
- Validate the proposed guidelines by applying them to a selected proto line or value stream measuring their effectiveness in terms of improved efficiency reduced errors and enhanced flexibility;
- Develop comprehensive documentation outlining the optimized guidelines and create training materials to support their implementation across the organization.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- You are currently studying Business & IT Manufacturing Digitalizationor a similar direction;
- You have strong analytical skills and familiar with digitalization concepts;
- You are proficient in English verbal and written;
- You are available for the minimum internship period of 6 months preferably longer;
- You can work at our office in Tilburg;
- You are based in the Netherlands preferably near Tilburg.
