Job Description
1. Leads and manage team of engineers & technicians to full fill & exceed quality requirements for products/processes/customers/systems.
2. Coaches 8D team leaders of customer complaints for manufacturing.
3. Defines strategy and follow up of internal defect cost (IDC) and fall off rate (FOR) reports and PDCA.
4. Defines and deploys strategy to maintain the quality system requirements in value stream.
5. Ensure proper acknowledge in the analysis technicians to ensure the correct analysis of the part rejected from production lines.
6. Analyze internal and external quality KPIs and defines measures for improvement in indirect areas.
7. Raise and promotes conscience and awareness of shop floor personnel about the quality initiatives importance.
8. Maintains regular communication within IPN on Qrelated topics. Identifies bests practices and defines and deploys actions in the VS.
9. Involves and coordinates projects with development group that impact manufacturing quality.

Qualifications :
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and eliminate quality concerns in all phases of testing processing
- Ownership of customer complaints for manufacturing
- Track & report IDC and FOR
- Participate and supports line releases taking full responsibility after SOP.
- Products are in compliance with design rules manufacturability is ensured.
- Quality tools (Maturity assessments Quality Gates Problem solving techniques) are effectively used.
- Nonconformities are followed up and closed.
