Job Description
Responsible for the project management from product concept until mass production.
Organize and host the project regular review meeting with project development team members
As a project manager responsible for a product development time to market by managing and coordinating the resource / cost / risk.
Closely coordinate with project stakeholders like product manager quality department manufacturing department Logistic engineering department and responsible for regular review with project review committee.
Closely tracking the project progress and schedule solve the conflict and leading the communication in the team.
Responsible for the target cost in project development phase.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5years experience in related role. Have work experience in international enterprises is preferred.
Good Entrepreneurial Mindset with strong results and future orientation independent and selfstarting personality
High leadership competence ability to inspire empathize and motivate the team
Good Social Competence with strong cooperation presentation and communication skills
Technical skills in hardware or SW development are desired
