- Planning: business plan according to the input from internal customers stakeholders team and market proactively drive cost saving results and identify cost potentials in the area of indirect purchasing & logistic not covered by GS to support business goals.
- Implementation: implement the plan together with team and realize added value to Bosch with customer orientation mindset review regularly with stakeholders to adjust the goals.
- Marketing: promote DBE key values & contributions to possible areas/stakeholders to bring off further cost saving projects and update DBEs function and projects from time to time.
- Support: provide needed support & coach to team during operation regarding task delivery process excellence and digitalization
- Team Development: motivate and develop team members regarding competence and performance ensuring a highperforming and compliant DBE team.
- Cooperation: cooperate within CDP and other GBs in RBAC to contribute to company goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree above
>3 years leadership experience
Experience in purchasing or related strong negotiation and communication skills proactive and selfmotivated result orientation
English (fluent in oral and written)
