Looking for a Passionate Junior Recruiter to Join our Team!
Are you a people person with a knack for spotting top talent Do you thrive in fastpaced environments and love working on cuttingedge tech Were BGSW and were on the hunt for a dynamic Junior Recruiter with experience in recruiting software engineers especially those in embedded systems. If youre ready to help us find the best talent in the industry and have fun while doing it keep reading!
What youll do:
Fullcycle recruitment: From crafting eyecatching job posts to leading interviews that dig deep into skills and personality. Youll be at the center of the action!
Talent attraction: Be the face of BGSW at job fairs universities and tech conferencesnetwork connect and bring in the best!
Preboarding & Onboarding: Ensure our new hires feel welcome from day one with seamless onboarding processes.
Datadriven recruiting: Analyze recruitment KPIs to help us get even better at what we do.
Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers and teams to meet their hiring needs.
Qualifications :
What you bring to the table:
Experience in recruiting for industries like IT Automotive or Manufacturing.
A love for embedded systems and a solid understanding of what makes these tech roles tick.
Youve used LinkedIn (and other job boards) to find top talent.
Bonus points if youve worked in consulting before!
