Job Description
SAP PPPI with 10yrsexp is must
Good handson knowledge of SAP PPPI knowledge with material master (MRP planning for production process) BOM(PPPI) and recipes (PI)
Knowledge of business process for endtoend solution for product labeling artwork and packaging using SAP notifications and Document info records with interface with external document repository systems DMSInterface with PPPI to activate
Extensive knowledge and handson experience of interface with extermal systems for dat transfers and reporting PPPI.
Deliver SAP Solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices Perform thorough analysis to identify all potential impacts for project/enhancement requests
Hands on design configuration and testing of SAP PPPI solutions
Project related support of SAP PPPI/MRP (PP)/MPS (master p . Juction schedulingPI).
Integration of QM interfaces with third party applications (PPPI)
Extensive experience in several of the following areas:(Standard process for PPPI)
MRP and Detailed Scheduling
MaketoStock ProductionProcess Industry
MaketoStock ProductionDiscrete Industry
MaketoOrder and AssembletoOrder production
Repetitive Manufacturing
Variant Configuration
Shop Floor Controls and Capacity Planning
Quality Planning Inspection Certification and Quality Notifications
Quality Control and Audit Management
Returns Planning
Inventory Planning/Optimization
Product Subcontracting
Rough Cut Capacity Planning(RCCP)
Qualifications :
B.E or B.Tech
Additional Information :
