Job Summary
The Medical Director is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within the medical facility ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment retention and training of highcaliber medical professionals.

Liaise with hospital management to align clinical operations with business objectives ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Develop strategic initiatives aimed at improving clinical quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to ethical legal and professional standards in all medical practices.
Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices updating policies as necessary.
Establish protocols for handling medical emergencies and ensure staff are welltrained for such situations.
Lead the hospitals response to public health emergencies and epidemics.
Foster relationships with external medical institutions and participate in relevant boards and committees.
