You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for the administrative and financial management of the department. He/she must ensure that the area has the financial resources materials and assets necessary for its operation as well as develop strategies to optimize and monitor these resources. He/she leads a team of 5 operational assistants.
Responsibilities
Preparation of the areas annual budget.
Followup and budget execution according to the budget and forecast.
Rolling Forecast preparation.
Analysis of variation of current results vs OP and Forecast.
Presentation of financial results and forecasts.
Reports construction to follow up on objectives.
Provision of administrative and financial information to internal clients.
Definition of financial strategies to ensure compliance with the budget / 1%.
Allocation and management of costs associated with projects and operations as well as the followup of their execution.
Identification analysis and execution followup of financial opportunities and/or risks.
Compliance with applicable internal and external financial policies
Support in internal and external audits
Administrative team coordination
Internal training to operational teams on different administrative processes (fleet expense reports assets etc).
Optimization of administrative processes with financial impact.
