Job Description

Elevate the Employee Experience Model

  • Ensure employees fundamental needs are met by effectively answering queries maintaining accurate data and connecting associates with the right tools.
  • Stay connected with other Employee Experience team members to ensure a consistent approach and avoid duplication of effort or regionally varied processes.
  • Work with cluster leader to implement systems/automationbased solutions for the organization.

Create a Superior Employee Experience

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes and onsite services.
  • Facilitate visa applications extensions and documentation for international transfers.
  • Execute local benefits and policy actions liaising with local vendors and authorities.
  • Act as an Employee Engagement Partner and Absence Partner in Workday to facilitate business processes.
  • Identify and document local administrative work related to standard letters documents and agreements.
  • Process all HR paperwork (e.g. envelope or certificate requests) and manage associate profiles.

HR Operational Excellence

  • Ensure bestinclass service in HR administrative processes.
  • Maintain operational excellence in data management local contracts letters and administration.
  • Review HR processes holistically to identify opportunities for streamlining eliminating waste and reducing redundancy.
  • Propose improvements to internal processes with a focus on automation enabling more consistency across HR and the business.

Health and Wellness Management

  • Coordinate annual health checkups stress assessments and influenza vaccinations.
  • Schedule regular onsite counseling and/or doctor consultation services.
  • Manage time absence and overtime reports and data.

Government Report Preparation and Submission

  • Prepare and submit various reports as required by local laws and authorities including Employment Status Reports Annual Reports on Employment of Elderly and Disabled Persons Workers Accident Compensation Insurance Reports and Equal Employment Opportunity Reports.

Administration Support

  • Respond to requests from local postal mail and the HR shared mailbox.
  • Set up vendor codes initiate invoice applications and handle related financial activities.
  • Assist with other adhoc projects as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications :

Requirement:

  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and new technologies.
  • Strong logical thinking and adaptability to change able to execute among ambiguity
  • Experience in JAPAN HR operations is a plus.
