Job Description
Mission of the role:
As part of the Global Data In team the mission of the role is to create scripts for data processing following global standards and procedures as well as active monitoring and maintenance of their smooth operation.
You will:
- Create scripts for data processing using specific internal programming languages and software tools
- Provide technical support for those scripts
- Actively communicate with GfK internal international clients in 100 countries via ticket (helpdesk) system
- Actively communicate with our 1st 2nd and 3rd level support teams located in different locations worldwide
- Work on diverse working schedule including night shifts and weekends 24/7
You have:
- University Degree in IT Informatics or related subject area (or last year student)
- Basic knowledge of any programming language (ifstatement while and for loops arrays etc.)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good analytical skills
- Strong English language skills in both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Selfdriven and proactive personality with willingness to learn
