En tant que Market Data Livres vous aurez les responsabilits suivantes :
Responsable dun portefeuille client et segments Livre :
- Monitoring des KPIs clients (internes et via Sales Force) ;
- Gestion des demandes clients ;
- Gestion des incidents avec le compte et projets ddi.
Gestion de Projets :
- Suivi de lactivit / monitoring ;
- Mise en place de reporting sous Webi.
Suivi de la qualit :
- Gestion de lamlioration de la qualit ;
- Codification des nouveauts ;
- Production des donnes (vrification des flux des enseignes distributeurs analyse des nouveauts) ;
- Livraisons des donnes (travail sur automatisation).
Qualifications :
Comptences et profil
- Formation cole de Commerce ou Master 1 ou 2 (Universitaire) avec spcialisation marketing vous tes motiv(e) par lanalyse marketing et la comprhension dun panel de distributeurs ;
- Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse curieuse ractive autonome et apprciant le travail en quipe dans un contexte international ;
- Pour cette mission le got des chiffres et de lanalyse le sens du contact clients une bonne pratique de linformatique (Excel et Webi) et de langlais sont demands ;
- Une connaissance du secteur du Livre serait un plus.
