Job Description

ABOUT THIS JOB

Apart from that you will also be managing a client servicing team to ensure prompt delivery of service to the responsible clients in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Management

  • Achieve revenue profitability quality speed of delivery and productivity targets as assigned Marketing project proposals to targeted client
  • Contribute to overall team plan by generating revenue and/or cost savings ideas
  • Prepare team performance analysis to offer insight and suggestion on management and operation

Client Service

  • Ensure research service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the marketplace
  • Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization

Functional / Technical

  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure project process going smoothly
  • Maintain an accurate and uptodate knowledge on research techniques and applications
  • Provide valueadded analyses and respond to special requests
  • Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process
  • Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility

People Management

  • Utilize the Performance and Development Plan to communicate and assess performance objectives competency lists and development plans for direct reports
  • Establish high standards of performance and hold associates firmly accountable for meeting those standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training plans to ensure that associates are able to grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs and deliver desired performance levels
  • Establish a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements
  • Conduct consistent periodic coaching work as well as to observe team members with clients and provide feedback

Qualifications :

As a Manager in Consumer Insight Auto Vertical you will be accountable for supervising a small research team to ensure prompt delivery of research service to the responsible clients smooth coordination with departments and precise data analysis in order to achieve the clients project objective.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 6 Years of experience in marketing research or marketing insight
  • Minimum 3 Auto industry knowledge and experience especially car clinic vehicle evaluation concept evaluation and etc.
  • Experiences handling big multinational clients especially solving difficult business challenges
  • Solid adhoc research experiences preferred
  • Strong in data analysis structured storytelling presentation
  • Client BD experiences: nice to have not necessary
  • People leader (coaching motivation retain and develop talents plan task & resources management) and project management (planning execution review) experiences are preferred
  • General understanding about classic research methodology and statistics
  • English in speaking and written is preferred
  • Strong communication analytical presentation skills and good at relationship building
