Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development Implementation & Leadership:
  1. Prepare and implement annual strategic plan required for business
  2. Manage business performance against budget and KPIs.
  • Sales & Marketing Management:
  1. Take personal ownership of the key strategic and operational partners in and outside of China.
  2. Developing/Strengthening deep global & local client relationships required for business in long term view
  3. Attend specific events (seminars conventions etc.) and visit the sales points frequently. Be an ambassador of the brand displaying appropriate leadership behaviors knowledge and expertise including a strong developing Point of views.
  4. Acts as an advisor to both the team and the clients about client position recommends the best resources and applies knowledge.
  5. Have strong data insight and analysis skills
  6. keep abreast of important current and future trends of the industry clients and competition and in sharing such intelligence with the GfK leadership team.
  7. Strong DurableHome Appliance & consumer insight generation

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree
  • Over 812 years of working experience with in Tech & Durable/Market Research/Consultancy/SaaS/B2B solution service industry.
  • Strong Sales team leadership and people management experience.
  • Proven sales and business development track record and commercial experience with Key Account clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
  • Frequent travel is required
