Job Description

We are looking for a talented leader and experienced product marketer to lead the Technology Workflows product and solutions marketing team. Technology Workflows is the most strategic position in product and solutions marketing responsible for 50% of pipeline and new ACV. This person must excel at the core product marketing skills (strategy positioning messaging sales enablement and GTM) and bring a CMO mindset as to how the Technology Workflows products and solution show up on the website in campaigns at 1st and 3rd party events and in thought leadership. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the challenges and outcomes that CIOs CISOs and CTOs are striving for.

You will partner closely with global marketing product management sales and solution consulting to position ServiceNow as the leader across multiple product categories generate and accelerate pipeline and increase adoption. While our business is large and growing fast we believe a driven passionate individual can accelerate our growth and market leadership further.

What you get to do in this role

  • Own product marketing for ServiceNow Technology Workflows. Create and drive the Technology Workflows product marketing strategy positioning messaging and gotomarket.
  • Develop positioning and messaging informed by user research market insights and deep product understanding.  Work with the global marketing and comms teams to develop a strategy to create awareness with CIOs CISOs CTOs and drive thought leadership across the Csuite.
  • Partner with brand creative thought leadership to deliver differentiated and engaging content influence appropriate inclusion across campaigns and work with PR and analysts to drive industry awareness and credibility.
  • Own and execute the strategy for how we launch new Technology Workflows solutions and products.
  • Deliver strategics assets such as demos marketing videos and web content.
  • Drive quality pipeline with innovative demos on ServiceNow.com and YouTube.
  • Cultivate a broad set of customer stories across industries use cases and geographies to showcase the value customers are achieving.
  • Drive internal alignment with extended product and solution marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in building and driving highperforming teams and cultivate talent.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree MBA preferred.
  • 15 years of product management or product marketing experience with at least 5 years of experience in B2B technologies.
  • VP/SVP Product Management and/or Product Marketing experience in technology platform infrastructure application platform or application development market segments.
  • Expert knowledge of AI CIO strategic priorities Chief Security Officer cloud operations hyperscalers and low code app development.
  • Strong ability to inspire and coach with a proven track record of hiring managing and leading highperformance teams.
  • Resultsdriven and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of marketing
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to go from 1000 feet as a leader to 10 feet as an executor when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions within and outside of marketing building relationships to drive results.
  • Up to 25% travel to support sales efforts and industry events as global health situations permit.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $266700 $453300 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
