Main Purpose of the job:
To provide specialized technical expertise for us the Lewisham Councils damp and mould service. You will be inspecting residents properties due to damp and mould concerns submitting expert reports capturing as is and ensuring to put in action to remedy the mould preventing a reoccurrence. Ensuring these works are completed to a satisfactory standard ensuring resident satisfaction.
