Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Finance Manager on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 237.31 320.61 per Day
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CIL/S106 team to coordinate activities in alignment with the corporate closing timetable.
- Communicate key timelines to relevant stakeholders.
- Work with service finance teams to identify CIL/S106 balances for scheme expenditure.
- Prepare and post journal entries for drawdown and fund utilisation.
- Ensure drawdowns are accurately reflected in the Exacom (Planning System).
Qualifications:
- Ideally a qualified or partqualified accountant.
- Local authority experience is highly desirable.
- Logical and structured approach to work.
