Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating visually appealing userfriendly and responsive websites that align with our brand and meet client needs. As a Web Designer you will collaborate with developers marketing teams and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute highquality web designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development
- Create visually engaging website designs layouts and graphics ensuring a seamless user experience (UX).
- Develop wireframes prototypes and mockups to present design ideas.
- Design responsive and mobilefriendly web interfaces that function seamlessly across devices and platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with web developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align web design with branding and marketing strategies.
- Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders through presentations and visual assets.
- User Experience (UX) & Accessibility
- Focus on usercentric design principles to enhance usability and engagement.
- Ensure designs are accessible and comply with web accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and iterate designs based on findings.
- Maintenance & Updates
- Update and maintain existing websites to ensure consistency and optimal performance.
- Implement design revisions based on analytics feedback and evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot designrelated issues and work towards resolution.
- Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends tools and technologies.
- Explore and implement innovative design solutions to improve user experience and brand presence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelors degree in Web Design Graphic Design Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Figma or Sketch.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript (preferred).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress Squarespace or Web flow.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience with UX/UI design and prototyping tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience:
1 years of professional web design experience (preferred).
A strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creativity.
Work Environment:
Location: Remote Hybrid or OnSite
Schedule: Fulltime PartTime
Tools & Resources:
Access to design software collaboration tools (e.g. Slack Trello) and a supportive team environment.
