The Role

The Recruitment Specialist will focus on sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings for the organization. This role requires experience in managing endtoend recruitment processes while collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. The Recruitment Specialist will also be expected to contribute to enhancing employer branding and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and standards.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards social media networking and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of engagement within the organizations guidelines.
  • Manage the preemployment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent such as developing job advertisements and utilizing social media and online platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities trends and outcomes for management review.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Two to three years of experience in handling endtoend recruitment for various departments.
  • At least one year experience in handling technical recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn job boards applicant tracking systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ideal candidates will be available for mid shift hours (110PM) to match operating hours of most of our partners teachers and core team members
