Job Description
DigiKape Resourcing is a leading recruitment agency specialising in filling ad hoc shifts and providing temporary and permanent placements for both public and private sectors.
We are looking for a Childrens Centre Early Years Practitioner Social Care NonQualified to achieve Development Matters outcomes and objectives aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework and Redbridge Councils strategies and action plans relevant to Early Years.
Job Roles :
- Work collaboratively with the Childrens Centres and Early Years Play and Development (EYPaD) Centre Teams to deliver highquality services and improve outcomes for children and families
- Facilitate groups for families with children under 5 years based on Development Matters and EYFS framework
- Identify families who may require additional support provide information about local services and / or signpost or refer to Childrens Centres.Offer parents advice and guidance to optimise their visit and promote home learning in line with Childrens Centres core offer
