Job Description
- Lead the reservation team providing guidance training and performance evaluations
- Manage all aspects of the reservation process including phone internet and email bookings
- Implement and maintain policies to optimize room sales and occupancy rates
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and streamline operations
- Monitor reservation trends and provide insights for strategic decisionmaking
- Handle complex inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Qualifications :
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality preferably in reservations management
- Strong leadership and customer service skills with ability to motivate a team
- Advanced proficiency in reservation software and analytical problemsolving abilities
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of revenue management and industry best practices a plus
