IBCGroup.io is a leading blockchain and crypto advisory firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions and insights in the rapidly evolving crypto space. We are seeking a talented Online Show Producer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Content Planning and Development:
- Conceptualize and develop engaging show formats and podcast episodes.
- Research and stay updated on trends events and topics of interest.
- Collaborate with hosts guests and contributors to develop show outlines scripts and talking points.
Production Management:
- Coordinate logistics for remote or studiobased productions including scheduling booking guests and managing technical aspects.
- Oversee preproduction production and postproduction phases to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Direct technical crew including camera operators editors and sound engineers to ensure smooth execution of live or recorded shows.
Audience Engagement and Promotion:
- Develop strategies to maximize audience engagement and viewer interaction during live broadcasts or recorded shows.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote shows across digital platforms and grow audience reach.
- Monitor viewer feedback and analytics to iterate on content strategies and improve viewer experience.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all content meets legal and ethical standards including impartiality accuracy and fairness.
- Implement company policies and guidelines related to content production and distribution.
Qualifications Education & Experience
- Experience in producing online shows podcasts or live panel discussions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital media tools and platforms including video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro) live streaming platforms (e.g. YouTube Live Twitch) and content management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members hosts and guests.
