What you will be doing:
You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.
- To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean presentable and in good condition ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and a demonstrate a professional image for our guests
- To ensure that mise en place is completed shift to shift and during service in order to provide an efficient service
- To ensure a full knowledge of the menu and wine list in order to respond or amend guests requests to their full satisfaction
- To greets guests and establish rapport in order to ensure guest satisfaction
- To ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and in appropriate order at all times
- To ensure all dishes are presented in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications
- To deliver service according to hotel standards and guest requirements in a friendly courteous and efficient manner
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar position preferably in premium hospitality brands
- Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm superior interpersonal skills result oriented and highly self motivated
- Professional service oriented eager to help coworkers adoptable with changes
- Good understanding of all hotel departments and operations
- High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel
- Knowledge and experience of F&B operation
- Knowledge of MS office programs and Micros POS system.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish.
- High attention to detail strong organization skills result orientation and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- A positive attitude and a cando approach to any task
- Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule
- Superior communication skills
