Job Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in IT staffing.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Key Skills and Qualifications: - Experience: Min 12years experience in business development particularly within the IT consulting and staffing industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP solutions and the IT staffing market.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
