Job Description
Tasks
- Build new companies. Identify opportunities for new highmargin digitalfirst companies. Figure out what problems are worth solving why for whom how big the market is and what success looks like in 1 3 and 5year timeframes.
- Internal solopreneur. Act as a sparing partner for the Founding Partners and run on your own without a permanent dedicated headcount. Temp support can be brought in when relevant. We help you with expertise in NoCode tools growth tactics and network connections to reach relevant audiences.
- Lead these companies as an interim manager. Help recruit permanent. Optionally stay as a Founder yourself.
- Jump in and help out existing ventures as needed. Move on to the next bets.
- Rinse and repeat.
Requirements
- Bias for action. Move with urgency and focus. Youre pragmatic push forward when risks are low and quickly unblock yourself by finding answers and deciding fast. Understand oneway door vs revolving door decisions.
- Courage under fire. You want to be in a highownership role and get your hands dirty. Do the full cycle from initial idea triage discovery testing and analysis to pitching your recommendations to the Founding Partners.
- No work is beneath you. You do the needful. You showcase a serious getshitdone attitude and getonitnowaskquestionslater approach.
- Strong opinions loosely held. You love numbers and backing everything you do with them. You research new topics and track KPIs even manually clean crunch and enrich data to support an evidencedriven approach.
- Optimism as an Operating System. You have a relatively high happiness resting point. You handle highpressure situations with timely composed and candid reactions. You seek out and offer candid feedback. People want to work with you again and again.
