Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Registered Nurse Emergency Room Nurse MedicalSurgical Critical Care(CCU). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Hermiston OR 97838
Assignment Start Date: 1/13/2025
13 weeks Days 12hour shift 36 hours per week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please get in touch with a recruiter for full details.13week opening for an experienced Float Pool RN. Will work the day shift with one or two other nurses and a fulltime physician. New clean modern facility in rural northeast Oregon.
- Assesses prescribes delegates coordinates and evaluates the nursing care provided.
- Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of the nursing process established standards of care policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan acts as the patient advocate and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to him/her.
- Responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have three or more years of ER ICU or Med/Surg experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- A current unencumbered Oregon RN license is required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
- PALS & NIHSS Certifications are highly desired.
EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
Shift: Day Shift; scheduled to work 3 12 hour shifts per week including every other weekend. Will float to ER ICU or Med/Surg departments. It is expected that the RN can float to at least 2 departments. 36 hours per week 3x12 hour shifts.
