Whats the ideal candidates background
You have deep experience in a digital agency creative agency or an internal content team producing highquality video content for social media channels.
You are an expert with content creation tools (CapCutPremiere Pro After Effects Photoshop)
Your creativity and editing skills have resulted in content that engages audiences and drives results. You thrive on persuasive storytelling.
You were born with the "gut feeling" to utilize visuals sound design and brilliant editorial pacing to nail the hook agitate the problem and deliver thoughtprovoking concepts and CTAs in ways that compel viewers to engage and take action.
What will you be working on
PerformanceFirst Editing: Your #1 priority is to create content that engages and sells. This means you ve got the experience to tell a compelling story while weaving persuasive elements to capture encourage and motivate a viewer to act. You arent the type of individual who settles for the first take; instead you experiment with sound visuals and textual elements to craft the most engaging story.
Creating multiple variations of content for media optimization: You will create multiple versions of content (e.g. variations for the first 23 seconds) for extended reach to new audience groups. You ll focus on testing different formats to ensure our content performs across platforms. When your content scales you know it s producing substantial value for the company.
Always Learning Always Growing Always Contributing: Every platform has its own unique "native" look and feel. You will be expected to master these nuances so our content can achieve the highest engagement rates (e.g. TikTok s approach is different from Instagram).
Competitive Research Audience Persona and Analytics: You will invest time researching competitors understanding our audience personas and analyzing media metrics to refine content strategies. You ll be part of creative discussions to enhance the quality and impact of our work.

Requirements:
5 Years Experience in video editing digital marketing or creative content production with a focus on storytelling and engagement.
Technical Expertise: Advanced experience with content creation tools (CapCut Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop).

Requirements Proven experience in community management or similar roles, preferably in the luxury events, travel, or lifestyle industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and ask challenging questions. Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling. A proactive, outspoken personality who thrives on facilitating meaningful connections and conversations. Ability to handle feedback constructively and not shy away from difficult or critical discussions. Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and digital community tools.
