Job Description

The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons; maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patient. Responsibilities are to evaluate plan implement and modify age appropriate treatment programs participates in discharge planning performs administrative duties participates in PI pursues professional growth and performs other duties as assigned.

This is Rehab Unit in Hospital not outpatient

Bill Rate .

Shift Mon Friwith 2 Weekend Shifts per month. Or to fulfill the weekend requirement they can opt for the shift Tues Sat

Must have AZ license and BLS 2 years with hospital experience.

Cerner experience is preferred.

PCR #
