Position: Salesforce (Health Cloud) Scrum Master
Location: Can work from any of the Client locations across the US 3 days per week.
Duration: 6 12 months
Scrum Master
Certified SAFe Scrum Master and Salesforce Admin or any other relevant Salesforce certification
At least 5 years of experience of managing agile projects scrum teams and project management and at least 3 years of handling Salesforce implementation projects (health cloud implementation experience will be cherry on top)
Very good communication skill and ability to work with Product Architect teams to facilitate and get impediments resolved for the scrum teams
Ability to drive 2 scrum teams (810 team members) in parallel lead teams for successful PI and program delivery
Ability to manage report and escalate on risk/ issues project health release/ rollout planning team capacity planning and finance for the team/ project as needed
Command over project management tools like Rally Miro MS Teams etc.
