Job Description:
The Role:
- Join Clients HW Management team in supporting a new product introduction. We are seeking an enthusiastic detailoriented individual to serve as a Hardware Logistics Coordinator.
- In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth handling and allocation of Hardware allocation and delivery during a highvolume ramp.
- This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fastpaced dynamic environment and work closely with cuttingedge technology.

- You should have strong problemsolving skills an eagerness to learn and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Hardware delivery to global teams utilizing proprietary management software system while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the physical handling unboxing and careful management of Hardware assets.
- Understand business needs and timesensitive priorities to ensure ontime delivery.
- Monitor inventory and provide updates to the team on the status of hardware deliveries.
- Assist with data entry and reporting using Excel ensuring accurate and clear records.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Quick thinker with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Excel or similar tools for data entry and analysis.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in inventory management or logistics.
- Familiarity with handling sensitive or highvalue materials.
- Basic understanding of internal order management systems.
