Teaching and Instruction
Deliver lessons in various subjects such as English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Arts, and Physical Education, following the school curriculum.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and teaching strategies that cater to the needs of young learners.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
Assess students’ progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, tests, and projects, providing feedback to guide their improvement.
Differentiate instruction to meet the varying needs and learning styles of all students in the classroom.
Classroom Management
Establish clear expectations and rules to maintain discipline and ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment.
Use a variety of strategies to encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and cooperation among students.
Handle classroom conflicts and issues sensitively, ensuring that students feel heard and supported.
Promote emotional and social development by fostering a culture of respect, kindness, and responsibility.
Student Development and Support
Identify and address the academic, emotional, and social needs of individual students, offering additional support where necessary.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop good study habits, organizational skills, and self-confidence.
Communicate with parents and guardians about students' progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Act as a role model for students, demonstrating the importance of integrity, hard work, and perseverance.
