Job Description:
- Located within a newly renovated space serve the community of Fort Morgan alongside UCHealth Cardiology.
- Situated along the high plains of Colorado Fort Morgan offers the opportunity to practice the fullbreadth of primary care.
- Candidate must have 3 plus years experience in Primary Care and be Board Certified in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

- The pay range for this fulltime position is BR46000BR74000 annually. If applicable a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
- Active CO license HIGHLY PREFERRED
- 3 plus years experience employment in Primary Care REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice HIGHLY PREFERRED
- COVID Vaccination REQUIRED
- Does the provider require visa support J1 or H1B (note in Additional Submission Details field) REQUIRED
