Job Description
Hourly Pay Rate BR BR
Perm Placement Fee 19%
Physical TherapistPerforms physical therapy evaluations establishes plan of care to meet identified goals provides treatments evaluates effectiveness of treatments and modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Maintains regular consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
- Effective leadership skills
- Proficient in organizing delegating providing education to patients families coworkers

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
EXPERIENCE
- Three years experience as a physical therapist in acute care setting required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Oregon
