Location : Chicago IL / Raleigh NC ( Onsite )
Duration Full Time / Permanent Opportunity
Job Description:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Security Operations
Experience in Zscaler ZIA ZPA with hands on experience in policy management troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of WAF technologies and policies like DDoS mitigation SSL/TLS and applicationlayer security
Knowledge of security standards and protocols like SSL TLS IPsec HTTP/HTTPS DNS etc.)
Must be having working knowledge of managing security operations of large enterprises.
Candidate must have good communication skills and troubleshooting skill
Banking and Financial customer support experience is recommended
Must be willing to work on rotational on call support too.
Certification on Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional and Imperva WAF is preferrable.
