Pay Rate: XX3134/hour XX2/hour shift differential
Shift: Sunday Thursday 5pm1:30am or complete
Associate is required to work split shifts nights and weekends as well as be on call to respond to downtime events.
Process:
1.Barpellam advise agency of the role and create posting in FG
2.Agency submits candidates and Barpellam review them. If they are viable we will share those with Cencora
3.If candidate is selected for interview then I will send them the application link and it must be filled out before they are scheduled for the interview. The agency will advise us when the candidate has completed the app and you Cencora will confirm if application has been completed before they interview the candidate.
4.Once they complete the app I will let you know and then you can schedule; Please include me so I can added to FG and update the agency.
5.After interview is completed by Cencora feedback needs to be provided to us in order to update the supplier.
6.If you decide to extended an offer please let us know and we will reach out to the supplier once candidate accepts the offer with you.
7.Cencora will start onboarding and will keep us updated for his status
8.Once candidate cleared & ready to go with start date Cencora let me know and we will ensure agency is aware of his/her start date.
9.Cencora will confirm his/her arrival for activation
10.Agency will submit invoice in Fieldglass after 30 days of arrival.
11.Manager will receive invoice of 20% fee of annual salary and needs to be approved the direct hire fee.
Work Experience:
Normally requires one (1) to two (2) years related and progressively responsible experience; strong electrical background preferred.
Under general supervision of the Systems Manager responsible for supporting the effective use and functionality of the automated equipment within a fully automated Distribution Center. This role has the responsibility to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues along with testing replacement or repair electrical systems including single phase or three phase electrical systems up to 600volts AC or DC motors power supplies frequency drives servo drives transformers motor starters proximity sensors encoders photo eyes programmable logic Controllers (PLC) HMI s PLC Inputs/Outputs. In this position the associate is responsible for reading electrical schematics wiring diagrams PLC ladder and block logic loading programs or configuring PLC s HMI and scanners. This role will be required to complete testing of equipment and instrumentation system including electrical pneumatic hydraulic refrigeration and water treatment chemicals. In utilizing computer hardware and software this position will be required to complete the installation and setup of hard drives RAM network cards monitor cards and motherboards along with utilizing MS office (Excel Word IM) MHE software such as RSLogix Sort Director GSMi IPoint Flex Sort etc.This position is categorized as compliance critical and as such requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division corporate and regulatory requirements.
Ensures effective preventative maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
Diagnoses Materials Handling Equipmentrelated error conditions occurring in the Distribution Center and repairs appropriately.
Oversees and provides assistance with any maintenance modifications and/or system upgrades of Materials Handling Equipment.
Assesses the efficiency of materials handling equipment and defines necessary modifications.
Manages the inventory of spare parts in a CMMS environment.
Keeps distribution center management apprised of escalating abnormal or critical situations and coordinates resolutions/repairs with outside professional maintenance (if required).
Provides assistance in the configuration maintenance modifications and system upgrades of MHE.
Works with equipment and software vendors on design specifications and improvements.
Develops and solicits bids from vendors for maintenance janitorial snow removal landscape and other contracts necessary to support all building and MHE systems.
Responsible for associate relations functions including directing supervising and developing a staff of Maintenance Support Specialists.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Education:
Requires some technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Work Experience:
Normally requires one (1) to two (2) years related and progressively responsible experience; strong electrical background preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong technical and operational knowledge of mechanical electrical and electronic equipment and systems. Strong aptitude for repair and maintenance activities.
Ability to read and interpret CAD layouts illustrated parts breakdown (IPB) diagrams and electrical circuitry diagrams and drawings.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues. Issues may include the testing replacement or repair electrical systems including three phase or single phase electrical systems up to 600volts AC or DC motors power supplies frequency drives servo drives transformers motor starters proximity sensors encoders photo eyes programmable logic controllers (PLC) HMI s PLC Inputs/Outputs.
Ability to test equipment and instrumentation system including electrical pneumatic hydraulic refrigeration and water treatment chemicals.
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) preferred. Ability to read electrical schematic wiring diagrams and PLC ladder and block logic. Ability to load programs or configure PLC s HMI scanners

Strong analytical skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Ability to identify facilitiesrelated maintenance problems and implement standard courses of action to resolve problems within established project timeframes and administrative and technical requirements.
Positions at this level are generally semi skilled helpers in a particular trade area.
Positions may perform more than one trade but any trade performed should be at the semi skilled Controls Tech I level.
May require involvement of supervisor when dealing with non routine issues to determine most appropriate course of action but has the ability to identify and solve less complex controls related troubleshooting without the assistance of others.
