Business casual office
Showing up everyday ready to work
Concierge/Reception like Greeting with a smile
Registering vendors and visitors
Communicating status to supervisor on daytoday
Walk through ensure things are stocked
Check mail and deliver or notify
Checking emails and slack channels for inquiries
Check WO system
Space inspection (rooms to be cleaned not cluttered)
Timely reporting findings to supervisor or Landlord for any leaks issues etc.

Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Office Any Work Order Applications

Top Must have Skills: Communication organized planning able to work independently
