Job Description
Accountant Lease Analyst
Location Oakbrook IL 60521 Hybrid role
Salary base $120130k base plus 10% depending on experience
This is responsible for the preparation of monthend journal entries and reconciliations.
Key points:
- Must have a Degree Accounting or Finance with 7 to 12 yrs plus experience technical accounting skills and ASC 842 lease accounting with a CPA preferred.
- Must be able to evaluate leases
- Any experience with the retail industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review prepare and record journal entries related to balance sheet and income statement.
- Review and provide analysis of monthly results vs budget/forecast/last year.
- Participate in various/independent campus audits and the Follett yearend audit.
- Work with Commissions processes daily customer payment file contractual donation.
