Job Title: Sr Power Platform Developer (HYBRID)
Location: Richmond VA
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Responsible for developing and maintaining Power Platform solutions for the Agency as well as working with other developers to create and maintain application code and data needed to operate Power Platform leveraging best standards and practices. To also work with business users and the Pro Code team to create effective collaborative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage the power of Power Platform to deliver lowcode and nocode solutions using AGILE practices for rapid development of solutions that empower business users
- Advise the team on best standards and practices and make recommendations to enhance performance and scalability of applications
- Work with business analysts to gather customer requirements and Identify the correct tools within Power Platform to meet those requirements
- Keeping up with industry trends and technology developments within Power Platform
- Mentor team members and potential citizen developers in proper use of Power Platform according to Agency standards and practices
- Participate and assist in Administration of secure implementation of Power Platform solutions showing an understanding of how to secure SharePoint modeldriven and canvas Power Apps Power Pages and Dataverse according to industry best standards and practices and Agency guidelines
- Create and maintain reliable reusable custom components and custom connectors
- Assist in designing scalable performant architectures
- Create technical documentation of systems to support development and testing of solutions
