Key Responsibilities:
1.Structural Design & Analysis:
oDevelop structural designs for projects using software like STAAD
Pro SAP2000 and AutoCAD.
oPerform detailed structural analysis and ensure designs meet all
safety durability and functionality standards.
2.Project Coordination:
oCollaborate with architects project managers and construction
teams to deliver optimal design solutions.
oReview and approve structural drawings and documentation.
3.Compliance & Standards:
oEnsure designs comply with relevant codes standards and
regulations.
oConduct quality assurance checks to maintain high engineering
standards.
4.Technical Documentation:
oPrepare and maintain all technical documentation related to
structural design.
oGenerate reports presentations and calculations to support
project approvals.
5.Continuous Improvement:
oKeep uptodate with advancements in design tools technologies
and materials.
oProvide suggestions for improving structural efficiency and
reducing costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in STAAD Pro SAP2000 and
AutoCAD.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural
Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 35 years in structural design and analysis with a proven
track record of handling diverse projects.
Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex structural problems with
precision.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to
effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in design
deliverables.
