Excellent opportunity for Field Recruiter @Mumbai/Bihar.
About Client Our client is a limited company formed in 2007 with its head office in Kolkata West Bengal India.
Must Have
- Minimum 1years of working experience as Field recruiter.
- Comfortable with Field work.
- Comfortable with Mumbai/Bihar location.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for field positions.
Travel to various locations to conduct onsite interviews and job fairs.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone and inperson interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
Provide a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
